II PURPOSES AND GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. To take actions for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract to which you are a party, including but not limited to: service support, preparation of proposals for offers and technical solutions, creation of analyses, statements.
  2. service, investigation and defense in the event of counterclaims.
  3. Maintaining business relations, including sending by SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot content in the nature of commercial information, promotional and marketing information via telecommunication devices and electronic mail after your voluntary consent.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot is:

  1. to take action in order to conclude and perform a contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA) to which you are a party;
  2. fulfilling legal obligations (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO).The legal basis for data processing are legal obligations arising from tax regulations (Tax Ordinance, Value Added Tax Act, Corporate Income Tax Act) and accounting regulations (Accounting Act) and accounting regulations (Accounting Act).
  3. Legitimate interest of SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot (in accordance with Article 6. paragraph 1. letter f RODO) – for the purpose of handling, investigation and defense in the event of the occurrence of mutual claims.
  4. Your explicit and voluntary consent to the processing of your data (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of RODO) – for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information to you by phone and e-mail.

III DATA RECIPIENTS

SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot never transfers your personal data to other entities, including any international organizations and institutions. Your personal data may be entrusted by SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot only to selected entities, the so-called Processors, in order to adequately perform the agreements concluded with you. Entrusting the data to the Processing Entities shall be done only by means of a written agreement, in accordance with the requirements indicated in Article 28(3) of the RODO., e.g. a company providing accounting and tax, human resources, legal, debt collection, archiving, overseeing security in IT systems, courier services. SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot shall only use the services of such Processors that provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of this Regulation and protects the rights of data subjects.

IV DATA RETENTION PERIOD

We keep your personal data for a period of time:

  • duration of the contract,
  • until the expiration of mutual claims under this agreement,
  • Until the expiration of data processing obligations under the law,
  • until such time as consent is revoked

 

V YOUR RIGHTS

You have rights related to the processing of personal data:

  • The right to access the content of your data
  • The right to rectify personal data,
  • The right to erasure of personal data or restriction of processing,
  • The right to data portability,
  • The right to object – the objection can be expressed due to a particular situation and sent to the address of the registered office of SPEDVIL Małgorzata Zborowska-Pisznot with the note “ADMINISTRATOR” or e-mail: info@spedvil.com,
  • right to withdraw consent

 

VI RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding violations of your data protection rights or other rights granted under the RODO.

VII INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT/VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING DATA

  1. Your provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract referred to in point II a. and point II b. above. Your refusal to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion and execution of the contract.
  2. The provision of personal data by you for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information to you by phone and e-mail (point II c) is voluntary (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA).
